We'll use this time to learn about your dog, why you are seeking professional dog training assistance, and what training goals you want to achieve.   

In our initial session, we will meet to discuss you and your dog's needs, and learn what your goals are.   We will observe and assess the behaviors that you need help with, then we will determine a training plan.  Private training sessions provide one on one coaching for pets and pet parents that want to brush up on new skills or work on behavior issues.  We offer training in your home, within a 15 mile radius of Blue Dog Ranch.   

4 one-hour training sessions in your home.

Build a strong relationship with solid foundational skills such as loose leash walking, reliable recall, basic behaviors, house manners and responsiveness to cues.  We will learn how to use a crate as a training tool.  This class is for puppies 12 weeks to 6 months old.  Puppies must be up to date on vaccinations.  Each class will end with a short Q & A to discuss specific issues you may be experiencing at home.  4 week session, 1 hour per week.  Total 3 hours.  Class size limit is 6 dogs.

Your pup is growing so fast!  We'll train fun new behaviors using capturing and shaping, but we'll still work on group social skills, responsiveness, and attentiveness.  We'll learn loose leash walking, sit, down, wait, recall, focus with distractions.   We'll even train a few tricks! Each class will end with a short Q & A to discuss specific issues you may be experiencing at home. his class for dogs up to 2 years old. 4 week session, 1 hour per week.  Total 3 hours.  Class limit is 6 dogs.
